Realty developers Signature Global will invest Rs 700 crore to develop 1296 independent premium floors in 324 plots spread across 20.6 acre under Deen Dayal Jan Awas Yojana (DDJAY) in Gurgaon.
Signature Global is majorly supported by IFC, an arm of World Bank and HDFC CAPITAL.
Each plot in the project will have four air conditioned floors with parking in stilt where each floor can be separately registered. The low-rise premium floors are going to be a part of a Gated Residential Complex that will have a dedicated lift on each plot.
“We have to admit that this pandemic followed by lockdowns have made people realize the need for more space and comfort in their homes. Whether the reasons are WFH culture or absence of proper amenities and organized local marketplaces near to the residences,” said Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global.
Signature Global City 37D will also offer additional space for Work from home to the first, second and third floor owners.
“People nowadays want well connected locations and fast ownership, and the turnaround time for plots and independent floors is much shorter than for housing societies and multi-story apartments, resulting in the popularity of independent floors,” Aggarwal said.
The company has launched 22514 units so far and intends to launch 4 of new projects under DDJAY in Gurugram in this FY.
