Dwarka expressway’s growing relevance across Delhi NCR is not going unnoticed. The pace of construction activities due to intense buyer interest has further energised the Real estate developers and firms involved in massive projects in and around Dwarka expressway. Given its unparalleled logistical connectivity, locational benefits, and development infrastructure. the region is fast becoming a magnet for homebuyers to invest in luxurious and integrated homes.
It is the first elevated urban expressway in India, according to the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. The 16-lane highway comprises four multi-level interchanges, spanning 29 km on NH8, as a signal-free highway. With three-lane service roads on either side of the expressway, the engineering marvel also boasts four multi-level interchanges as well as several crossroad underpasses at major intersections.
The strategic location ensures excellent connectivity to the airport, railway station, Bijwasan, NH8 and SPR.
The Union Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari recently announced that Dwarka Expressway, known as the Northern Peripheral Road, will be operational by next year. Infact, IT has become the catalyst for New Gurgaon Development.
The expressway is augmenting the region’s infra boost, offering a massive RoI for developers who are invested in residential and commercial projects. The property rates are rocketing already, and homebuyers are lining up to book residences with a desire to occupy them as soon as the project is completed. To cater to the growing demand, Dwarka expressway offers a range of affordable, mid-priced and luxury properties across sizes of 2, 3 and 4 BHK, and price brackets. There are multiple options in high-rise and luxurious condominiums, along with plotted housing projects.
With state-of-the-art smart tech in homes, 24-hour power backups, landscaped lawns, parks and jogging tracks, and other modern amenities like spas and fitness studios and shopping complexes, Dwarka Expressway will soon be embodying the appeal of a millennial city.
There is also a lot of emphasis on enhancing the region’s green cover and improving its aestheticism. Two urban forests are being developed across the stretch of the expressway using the Japanese Miyawaki technology. The green cover will be extensive, with plantations that will be 10 times taller and 30 times denser than traditional woodlands.
A location’s value appreciates more if it offers seamless connectivity to other commercial and regional hubs. Homes and spaces at Dwarka expressway will enjoy this advantage, offering ease of travel. It will significantly transform the traffic flowing through Gurugram with an extensive integration project with the MRTS corridor and Rapid Rail. In the coming years, the expressway will also provide critical connectivity to Delhi Metro service via the Huda City Centre Metro Station and be at a 20-minute distance to the Indira Gandhi International Airport. Additionally, the Haryana Roadways has announced the development of a new interstate bus stand near the expressway, which will drive more development, and commerce.
The Delhi-Haryana Western corridor is also gearing up for multi-sector development with Dwarka expressway. The Dwarka sub-city project has also been commissioned to urbanise the entire West Delhi region, as other parts in the city are overcrowded and laden with high property rates. The International Business, IT &ITES, and commercial & industrial hub between Dwarka sectors 24 and 26 will also add to the city’s civic development. The existing road and residential grids are already being revamped by DDA.
Business, transport and recreational hub near sectors 113 & 111 will bring world-class facilities & amenities for the established micro market of Dwarka and West Delhi.
One could imagine how this facelift will drive more interest in the region’s overall growth. Slated as one of the largest highway projects in the country, Dwarka expressway is said to be a promising investment in the future for home buyers and commercial investors alike. The properties around the expressway are already selling like hotcakes, offering excellent infrastructure and connectivity to the airport and Gurgaon.
