Paras Buildtech has launched its first commercial SCO plot, Paras Arcade 114, in Gurugram Sector 114. Spread over 3.25 acres, it offers a total saleable area of 4597 sqm. The project offers a range of different sizes and types of commercial SCO plots, ranging from 104 sq ft to 143 sq ft.
Aman Nagar, joint MD, Paras Buildtech, said, “Paras Arcade 114 will be a modern and futuristic commercial space. We aim to sell 100% inventory of Paras Arcade within the next 30-40 days, generating a revenue of Rs 108 crore. This is following the triumph of Paras Avenue in Sector 129, Noida. Paras Avenue has been designed as a high-end retail complex situated at the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. The project is expected to generate a commendable revenue of Rs 750 crores for the brand.”
