Gurugram continues to be one real estate market that offers products and price points that appeal to and attract buyers across segments. The city continues to attract investors and homebuyers like never before. With favourable market sentiment and a plethora of options to choose from, the buyers and investors are always spoilt for choices. With newer investment opportunities, demand and supply trends too are seemingly shifting course in the post-pandemic scenario, the demand for plots, especially smaller ones have been witnessing unprecedented demand. With availability at different locations and attractive price points, the segment is witnessing a lot of traction and thchistry experts suggest that plots are buyers’ hot favourites and will continue to be so as the segment appeals to both the end-users and investors alike.
Industry players also feel Gurugram is poised to emerge as a next-generation realty hotspot in the region and with a variety of offerings the market has constant demand and will continue to create more demand in the days to come.
Shantanu Gambhir. managing director, Rise Infraventures limited. further points out, “Gurugram has a location advantage, making it a preferred residential hub. From residential to commercial, high-rise plots, both investors and homebuyers have ample choices and are out in the market, looking for opportunities to Invest and reap the benefits of a great investment. A lot of new investors and home buyers are getting into the market and real estate today tops investment class and more so plots.”
The government too with a regulated policy has set the ball rolling for such offerings and added to the buyer sentiment that has witnessed a sea change, especially post-pandemic. Talking about the growing need and demand, Pushpender Singh. Industry players too feel that the demand for plots is growing at an unprecedented rate, and the policy will help meet that need. “In terms of appreciation. plots present a better return on investment. Immediate possession and lower maintenance costs also make the buying plots an attractive proposition. As things open up, this will continue, and demand will grow shortly. This traction in the demand of plotted development will only make things better for both end-users and investors who can reap the benefits of the opportunity that is present for them today,” maintains Nayan Raheja. director, Raheja Developers on a concluding note.
