They said that these group housing plots are located in Gurugram, Hisar, Rohtak and Panchkula and Pinjor and will be allotted through an e-auction on March 4.

An HSVP official said that the cumulative reserve prices of these 18 plots are estimated at around Rs 1,700 crore and plots worth over Rs 1,100 crore are located in Gurugram alone.

According to a brochure of the scheme, these group housing plots are of different sizes and the total area of the smallest plot measures 1,938.64 square metre or 0.49 acre in Gurugram while the largest one is located in Panchkula with an area of 58,866.6 sq metre or 14.55 acre.

In Gurugram, the HSVP has put on sale seven group housing plots having a cumulative reserve price of Rs 1,115 crore. The Gurugram plots are located in sectors 39, 45, 46, 47, 52, 57 and 110A. “These plots are located at premium locations in Gurugram and are in proximity with metro services, Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, Dwarka Expressway etc. We are also offering an FAR (floor area ratio) between 1.75 and 3.5 against these plots which will help developers in construction. We are hopeful of getting good response in the e-auction towards these plots,” an official said.
