With the opening of the entire 21.65 km-long Sohna elevated road, the travel time between Gurugram and Sohna has considerably come down. Opening of the key project of Sohna Elevated corridor will accentuate the development of South of Gurgaon. Talking more about the impact of the infra boost, Vibhor Jain, managing director, North, Cushman & Wakefield, says,. “Opening of the key project of Sohna Elevated corridor will accentuate the development of South Gurgaon. Land prices in the Sohna region have already appreciated and development of this corridor will lend a huge impetus to real estate in Sohna.” Jain forther adds, “Eventually, this corridor will be the main route towards Mumbai which shall reduce the heavy burden on Delhi Jaipur Highway and  in turn strengthen that belt as Connectivity well.” Such projects play an important role in a balanced real estate development while taking cognizance of infrastructure needs of region.

One can get quality apartments at 40 per cent lower prices in 10-15 minutes away in Sohna as compared to Golf Course Extension Road and SPR. Even pricing is moving up. Even while properties in Sohna were quite affordable, the major challenge was its connectivity to key employment hubs at Golf Course, Golf Course Extension, and Cyber hub. But with the elevated road this challenge has been ironed out. Now real estate at Sohna is expected to immensely benefit with increased activities.”

Popularly known as South Gurgaon, Sohna will be a favourable affordable destination in the city due to its proximity to various business centres and industrial clusters.
