Thailand-based realty firm MQDC will open second co-working facility in Gurugram

The realty firm has leased 42,000 sq ft spread across the fourth, fifth and sixth floors in the building. This co-working space will offer a seating capacity of over 450 people

Thailand-based real estate developer, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), will open its second co-working facility, Whizdom Club India, spanning 42,000 sqft at Golf Course Road in Gurugram, the company said on October 17.

The upcoming facility is located at the tower complex Tapasya One, a LEED Gold-rated building.

The realty firm has leased 42,000 sqft spread across the fourth, fifth and sixth floors of the building. This co-working space will offer a seating capacity of over 450 people.

MQDC already has its first co-working office space facility at GK-II, New Delhi.

Commenting on the expansion, Chulamas Jitpatima (Amy), Country Director, MQDC India said, “In 2019, we launched Whizdom Club in South Delhi … Following the Gurugram launch, we are exploring the development of additional intra-city centres and evaluating various asset classes for large-scale property developments.”
