Trehan Iris Leases 3 lakh Sq Ft at Iris Broadway Mall in Gurgaon

Realty developer Trehan Iris has leased over one lakh sq ft in its Iris Broadway mall in, Sector 85 & 86, Gurugram during April-June quarter.

With this, the company has leased over 3 lakh sq ft so far. The leasing includes 2.5 lakh sq ft in retail and approximately 56,000 sq ft in its 4-star hotel.

“We have been receiving overwhelming response from brands across the categories. We have leased out more than 90% and looking forward to closing a 4-star hotel soon. We have a best-of-the-brand mix in Iris Broadway and constantly striving to offer an enhanced experience to the shoppers, visitors, and our brand partners,” said Abhishek Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan Iris.

Iris Broadway witnessed great traction in the last quarter where 19 new brands across various categories signed up taking more than 1 lakh sq ft leased out of the total leased out space.

They include McDonald’s, Starbucks, The Barbeque Company, The Beer Café, WOW Momos, Subway, HDFC, Rowan Toys, FAB India, Samsung, Looks, Pepperfry, First Cry, Apple, Croma, Heads up for Tail, Studio XO, Social and Inox.

“We are glad the new signed brands are showing their confidence in us to enter a new market at the New Gurugram. We hope to continue strengthening our partnership with all our existing and prospective brand partners. Our investors are earning the highest rental income as compared to other retail projects in the New Gurugram area,” Trehan added.

Spread across 2.8 acres, Iris Broadway is the most sought-after neighborhood shopping centre amidst an established and aspirational eco-system of more than 3,00,000 people residing in the catchment.

Trehan Iris has delivered more than 15 million sq ft with over 100 projects in Delhi NCR and Bengaluru.
